Loverboy was finally back in South Dakota playing at the Corn Palace Festival in Mitchell...Loverboy with Eddie Money!
While waiting for the doors to open I met Michele and family, her fantastic site is rockin4reno , awesome!!! What a treat to meet another Loverboy fan! It just makes the shows that much more fun and exciting!!!
Loverboy opened...which was surprising as the info I rec'd in May stated Loverboy was closing the show and Michele told me they were opening. I hope all is well in Loverboy camp and it was just a matter of time getting to the next show. Onward...man, it just never gets old when they hit the stage. I just love the music and the energy they have!! A few more shows and I'll know all the lyrics to "I'm Alive" and "The One That Got Away", ha! The guys played both new tunes, which was incredible, ah I can't wait to for the new cd! Overall it was loads of fun, as always!!!!!!
I took lots of pics this show, as I had been slacking in the photo dept. the last couple outings. I have found a new outlet to share pictures... Michele's site and for the first time now on Tami's fabulous Loverboy site. For me taking pictures of Loverboy is just capturing moments of time to take home and enjoy and now share! I'm planning on staying home in September...then catching a ton of fun at Disney in October! Is it October yet...
